In order to protect your personal data that you entrusted to us and the fact that on May 25, 2018, the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of April 27, 2016 No. 2016/679 will enter into force, we kindly inform you that we have adapted the rules for us to process your personal data to comply with the new provisions.

Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes and to present commercial offers of the Administrator and entities cooperating with the Administrator to conclude and perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligation pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 point a) GDPR;
The recipients of the data may be entities necessary to ensure the proper operation of the service and entities cooperating with Event Logistica;
The personal data provided by you will not be transferred to a third country;
Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes and to present commercial offers or for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the time necessary to perform the legal obligations imposed on the Administrator or related to the implementation of the contract ;
You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data will prevent the Administrator from providing specific services for which the personal data was to be collected;
Your data may be profiled individually, based on the data provided by you in order to tailor the Administrator’s offers and services individually;
Your personal data may be processed on the basis of consent. Therefore, you have the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
